Adhesive Arachnoiditis (AA) is a severe neurological condition where inflammation causes scar tissue to form, making spinal nerves stick together, leading to chronic, debilitating pain, numbness, weakness, and potential bowel/bladder issues, often after spine surgery, trauma, or infection.
